Previous Accomplishments Above and below are two exmples of molds we have made. The lower picture is alminum, upper is wood. This is a two-piece billet performance piston for a small, one cylinder motor This hinge is an aviation-grade assembly, with a brushed aluminum finish. This collection is a prototype of an injected molded assembly. As you can see from the second picture, the final product appears to have actually been molded. These acrylic bowls are being formed from a solid piece of plastic by our CNCs. They end with a complex contour 12" deep inside, and an optically clear finish outside. The two items here showcase our ablities with miniscule parts. The drill bit in the upper picture drills a .070" curved hole, and required a .014" hole to be drilled in the side, and a pin driven into it.
